Claims Inquiry - Claims Summary

The Claims Summary screen allows a user to view all submitted medical claims including details such as the status of a claim, the dates of service, provider name, total charges, and a list of benefit accumulators. To view the Explanation of Benefits and checks paid for a claim, the user must simply click on the eyeglasses link to the left of the claim.
