Advantage's Maintenance Drug Benefit allows participants to receive a 102-day supply of covered maintenance drugs that appear on the following list for a single co-payment for a generic medication and two co-pays for a name brand medication at any local NMHC network pharmacy.

Value Plans
Advantage's Maintenance Drug Benefit allows participants to receive a 102-day supply of covered maintenance drugs that appear on the following list for two co-payments through the mail order pharmacy.

What is Required
In order to receive your 102-day supply, you must have a prescription authorizing the pharmacy to dispense the complete 102-day supply at one time from your physician.

How To Search The Maintenance Drug List
This list is searchable using the Adobe Acrobat search tool. After opening the list, locate the binoculars icon on the top row of the Adobe toolbar. Click on the binoculars and the search tool will appear to the
right of your screen.
