not-for-profit, employee welfare benefit program, administered by The
Kempton Company of Oklahoma City, has provided partially self-funded
health coverage programs to the financial services industry.
Advantage is governed by a six-member Board of Trustees made up of participating
employers. It’s reassuring to know that since they are participating
members, any time the Board makes a decision – whether to raise
rates, change benefits, or anything else – that decision affects
each of them and their employees just as it does you.
By pooling the claims expenses of all participating employers throughout
the Plan, Advantage offers participating employers protection from the
