Advantage Health Plans Trust has be providing health programs for Oklahoma and Texas community banks for over 30 years. AHP is not an agent, nor do we represent a large out-of-state carrier. Since Advantage Health Plans is self-funded, it is not-for-profit and any reserves stay in the Plan. Your benefits are administered by a local company who has been providing services to banks for 40 years.

Created by community banks, for community banks, AHP is governed by a Board of Trustees who are elected by the membership from participating banks. It’s reassuring to know that since they are participating members, any time the Board makes a decision – whether to look at rates, change benefits– that decision affects each of them and their employees just as much as you.

AHP is:

• For the exclusive benefit of community banks and credit unions
• Governed by your peers who are elected by the membership
• Administered by The Kempton Company since its inception
• A way to guard against the volatility in the healthcare marketplace
• Endorsed by the Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas

AHP is not:

• An agent for an out-of-state carrier
• A big box carrier
• A conventional health care plan
• A "one size fits all" approach to healthcare
• Just a voice response system at the end of an 800 number
