The Trust has contracted with a select group of providers to provide services to our participants at greatly reduced rates! When you use an Advantage Premier Provider for a covered treatment or medical service the Plan will pay the Covered Charges at 100%.* There is no Deductible or Co-payment for the Covered Services received at an Advantage Premier Provider. The Plan is able to do this because these providers generally offer transparent and direct pricing that allows everyone to know the price for the service upfront.
